I work primarily with nonprofits, health organizations, educational institutions, mission-driven teams, and with the leaders and helping professionals within them. This may include therapists, social workers, educators, nurses, coaches, and others in care and relational roles.

I'm a MINT member (Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers) and a Certified Administrator for the IDI (Intercultural Development Inventory) and ICS (Intercultural Conflict Styles). I have over a decade of experience in health education, facilitation, and program management, including extensive work in adolescent sexual health, cross-cultural communication, and organizational training. My B.S. is in post-secondary education and biological sciences.
